摘要(Abstract)：

本文基于中国家庭追踪调查数据和中国人口普查分县数据，考察了人口性别比失衡对适婚年龄人口结婚率和精神健康的影响。结果显示，人口性别比上升导致适婚年龄人口结婚概率显著下降，受影响最大的是男性和农村人口；由人口性别比失衡导致的结婚概率下降显著增加了未婚人口出现抑郁情绪的概率；未婚对人口精神健康的负面影响主要发生在大龄未婚人口、低收入人口与农村人口群体之中。
