知识产权保护、集聚差异与企业创新Intellectual Property Protection, Agglomeration Differences, and Enterprise Innovation

摘要(Abstract):
本文通过构建一个包含知识产权保护和集聚溢出效应的企业创新模型,研究了知识产权保护和集聚对企业创新的影响机制及其交互效应,理论分析发现:不同集聚类型对企业创新存在显著差异,多样化集聚比专业化集聚更有利于促进企业创新,并且两种集聚类型对企业创新的影响都呈现倒U型关系;从交互作用看,知识产权保护会对集聚的技术溢出效应产生调节效应,当集聚的技术溢出包含较多模仿侵权和抄袭行为时,知识产权保护增强会降低集聚的技术溢出效应。采用中国微观企业数据检验发现:一是知识产权保护和多样化集聚会促进企业创新,而专业化集聚会抑制企业创新;二是知识产权保护对多样化集聚存在负向的调节效应,而对专业化集聚的调节效应不显著;三是异质性考察发现,集聚更有利于技术密集型企业创新,对劳动密集型企业反而会抑制企业创新;四是进一步分析发现,多样化集聚能够通过技术传播和技术合作实现技术溢出,并且能够提升企业创新收益,而专业化集聚的这两种技术溢出途径都不显著,同时会降低企业创新收益;五是从创新质量角度看,多样化集聚会提升企业的创新质量,而专业化集聚会降低企业的创新质量。本文的研究能够从知识产权保护体系建设和产业空间布局的协调上对促进企业创新发展提供新的洞见。
