摘要(Abstract)：

本文采用全国地级市数据和复合权重空间杜宾模型(MWMSDM),并将空间外部性和利用能力同时纳入到区域经济增长模型中进行分析,得到如下主要结论:一方面,存在于区域之间的空间外部性以及区域对外来的空间外部性的利用能力都是影响中国区域经济增长的重要因素,并且它们对区域经济增长的促进作用将随着地理距离的增大而逐渐让位于由物质资本投资积累而引发的技术进步和区域AR外部性所带来的促进作用。另一方面,人力资本在促进区域经济增长中的辐射范围呈现梯度递减的极化效应,而物质资本对区域自身经济增长的促进作用随着地理距离增大而逐渐增强,它对邻居区域经济增长的积极作用不易受地理距离的影响,由此使得其在总体上具有显著而又逐渐增大的空间外溢效应。本文的发现在制定区域经济政策及优化物质资本与人力资本投资方面均有重要政策启示。
