信息不对称与供求失衡下的“用工荒”Imperfect Information and Imbalances in the Migrant Labor Market

摘要(Abstract):
劳动雇佣双方的信息不对称,会导致劳动市场资源错配,社会福利损失。这一问题在工人流动性强、缺乏信息传递、劳动力来源分散的农民工劳动市场尤其严重,从城镇化初期农村劳动力过剩直至近年来的"用工荒",农民工劳动市场始终存在着供求失衡的问题。本文借助G.Akerlof的"柠檬市场"理论,建立了不完全信息下的供求模型来分析农村劳动力外出打工的行为决策和企业工资决策。本文发现,工资调节机制和信号机制均无法改善该市场的就业状况,供需不均的问题始终存在;并且无论在哪种工资档次下,市场始终处于企业招聘的农民工越多越好,而农民工的供给却非常有限的状况,造成了当下"用工荒"的局面。

- (2)在符合经济学意义的前提下,对各个变量设定进行合理值内的假定,从而估算出生产率分布的合理区间。
- (3)第二个回归中生产率的系数为0.83,与第一个回归中的0.84非常接近,因此可以认为机会成本曲线的估计一定程度是准确的,几乎不存在遗漏变量偏误。
