摘要(Abstract)：

协同创新是打破国外技术壁垒、实现关键领域技术突破的重要举措。在当前财政收支平衡压力增大的背景下，客观评估政府研发补贴对企业协同创新的影响具有重大现实意义。本文以2007—2022年中国A股上市公司为样本，基于收集的发明专利申请数据识别企业协同创新行为，考察政府研发补贴对企业协同创新的影响。研究发现，政府研发补贴能够促进企业协同创新。进一步分析表明，协同创新促进作用在高研发风险的企业更为明显，信号强度高的补贴类型对协同创新的促进作用更为明显。上述结论为优化研发补贴结构及加快建立协同创新网络提供一定的理论参考。
